ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Marcie. I am married to the love of my life, Mike. We live in upstate New York with our 2 boys: Mason (2.5) and Maxwell (3 months), our dog, Wesley, and our cat, Porsche. I am a middle school Speech-Language Pathologist, by day, and Mike is a school administrator. We are surrounded by a wonderful, loving and supportive family!

I enjoy waking up early, coffee, the change of seasons (yes, even the snow!!), Pinterest and Bath and Body Works candles. I'm a wanna-be extrovert, which is the main reason why I adore fashion and style...it allows people to get to know me without the pressure of having to say very much. The idea of curling up on the couch and reading a book sounds great but, multi-tasker + reading is not the best match!


In case you want to know a little more about me...

1. Every now and then I do a cartwheel in my living room. Just because.

2. I find organizing and color coding to be relaxing. Especially when I turn over my closet for a new season!

3. If you pull up next to me at a stop light and see my lips moving, I'm either singing or talking to myself!

4. My favorite stores to shop at are J. Crew and J. Crew Factory. Trust me when I say I have a long list of favorites, but those two rank very high on my list!

5. I eat the same food every day. I know, I know - rigid!

6. Someday I would like to experience a winter in Alaska.

7. My first job was as a waitress and ice cream barista (?!?).

8. I would be lost without google maps. And Siri.

10. When I was in first grade, I desperately wanted to wear glasses. I didn't need them (yet) so, I improvised and wore safety glasses to school for an entire week!

11.  Target is the most frequently used app on my phone.

12. We have lived in our house for over a year 3 years and still haven't hung any pictures have 6 pictures hanging! One of the many things on my 'To Do' list!

13. I have a love-hate relationship with 'To-Do' lists. I love that they help me stay organized, but I hate that they remind me of everything that I need to do!

14. There's nothing I find more relaxing than a hot bubble bath.

15. I love to shop at local boutiques.
