Scarves, Scarves, and More Scarves!
I love accessorizing with a statement piece, or what I like to call a MatchiN'spiration piece. Pinterest is full of outfits with statement necklaces and statement earrings, but this MatchiN'ista prefers to wear a statement scarf.
It's no secret to my family and friends that I LOVE scarves! Scarves have been my go-to accessory for a while and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Since I'm not a jewelry girl, I can justify buying a few scarves every now and then. Ok, maybe more than a few...
Now that you've seen half of my scarf collection (spring and summer are packed away), hopefully you can feel the love that I have for my scarves. In all different colors, patterns, fabrics...I love them all!
Check out a few of my favorites.
This is the perfect scarf for Fall! It's super soft and has rich and beautiful colors. I bought this last year at the J Crew Factory Outlet store and was so excited to see that they brought it back again this year! They have matching earmuffs, too! If you want a closer look at this scarf, check it out here. Don't forget about the earmuffs!
Here's another one of my favorites!
This navy and gold scarf matches everything! I have gotten a ton of use out of it. I bought it from Target last Fall. Sadly, they don't have it again this season. But, if you're searching for a navy scarf, check out this one at Banana Republic. It's a bit pricey, but they always have great sales.
And, yet another favorite...
Houndstooth melts my heart! As soon as I saw this scarf, I knew it needed a home in my closet. It's no longer available on the J Crew Factory store website, but if you like the houndstooth pattern as much as me, you'll fall in love with this one!
Of course there's more...
Ok, so I have to be honest, I would not have bought this scarf by itself. But, it's the perfect statement piece for this outfit! It's on sale here.
When I saw this scarf, it was love at first sight! I love the bright colors, and plaid is a pattern I adore. Check it out at Target, here.
So now you see that I am truly
Happy matching!
Marcie
You are the cutest thing ever!!! I think I recognize some of those scarves! :) Can you give me another tying lesson this weekend?! How about I borrow a couple while I'm at it?? Love ya!

Thanks, Hol! I'll be featuring the gray one with black polka-dots later this week :-)
DeleteStay tuned for a tying lesson...great post idea. :-)
I have plenty of scarves to go around...do you have a color preference? Love you, too!
Wow! And I thought I had a lot of scarves! Which I probably do for living in GA! Since we have such a short winter and all! I love all of yours! And I prefer scarves over jewelry too! I can't wait to hear your other confessions!

PS- Holly sent me to see you! ;0)
Thank you so much for checking out my blog, Amanda! I'm glad you're a scarf girl, too! You can never have too many scarves, even in GA! :-) Thanks again for stopping by.
DeleteLOVE all your scarves! I live in Florida and I'm obsessed too! I'm going to have to check out J Crew's selection! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to hearing about your other confessions! This may sound like an odd pairing, but I wore a black and white striped shirt with a leopard print scarf and I loved it! I received many compliments. I'm sure you have a leopard print scarf in that pile! Do you prefer infinity or regular scarves? Just curious!

*Your big sister sent me and I'm so glad! :)
Hi, Joanne! Thanks for checking out my blog! I'm glad you share my obsession for scarves! :-) Honestly, I don't have a leopard scarf, but it's one I need to add to my collection! Especially since your striped shirt and leopard print scarf outfit sound fabulous. Thanks for the outfit inspiration! :-)
DeleteI love all scarves! I'm selective when it comes to the material. I prefer regular scarves over infinity if the material is thinner and light weight. The loops tend to be too big and oval-like with infinity scarves. Now, if it's a chunky knit or cable material, then I'm all about the infinity style! Thanks again for checking out my blog!
